Jordan Herrera joins the indie movie bandwagon with his role as a boxing champ who happens to be a homosexual in “Lalamunan.”
Also starring in Lalamunan are Pinoy Big Brother 1 housemate, Rico Barrera; Viva Hotbabe, Maricar dela Fuente; Lead actor of “Binyag”, Ran Domingo and another Viva Hotbabe, Hazel Cabrera.
Synopsis: When singer Darla (Hazel Cabrera) temporarily loses her voice to laryngitis, she seeks medical help from throat specialist Andrei (Rico Barrera) who understands that there is something more beyond her physical ailment. Eventually,Darla reveals her real pain–she is Devon’s (Jordan Herrera) battered trophy wife.
What starts as a patient-doctor relationship sparks into a passionate but dangerous liaison. Devon issues death threats against the doctor while Andre’s wealthy and obsessed girlfriend Kathleen (Maricar dela Fuente) also becomes wary of his budding romance with his patient. Darla’s discovery of the secret of Devon and driver Aston (Ran Domingo) almost causes her death but it also changes the course of her life forever.
“Lalamunan” indie film is produced by Cesar Aquino, written and directed by Jigz F. Recto with Executive Producer Shaleena C. Dy.
Hana-Kimi or known originally as Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (花ざかりの君たちへ?, For You in Full Blossom) in Japan, is a shōjo manga series written by Hisaya Nakajo. The manga was serialized in Japan in Hakusensha's semi-monthly shōjo manga magazine, Hana to Yume. This manga series has ended with volume 23 in August 2004 in Japan.
Hana-Kimi was published in English by Viz Media with the final volume released in the United States in April 2008.
The series centers on Mizuki Ashiya, a Japanese girl who lives in the United States. One day, she sees a track and field competition on TV, and becomes attracted to one of the high jump competitors, Izumi Sano. She begins to idolize the young athlete and eventually transfers to Japan to attend the same school that Sano attends. There is a catch, however: Sano attends an all-boys high school, named Osaka Gakuen and Mizuki must disguise herself as a boy to enter.
200 Pounds Beauty (미녀는 괴로워 - Minyeoneun Goerowo) is a 2006 South Korean comedy film based on a Japanese manga, Kanna-San, Daiseikou Desu (カンナさん大成功です!) by Yumiko Suzuki. The literal meaning of 미녀는 괴로워 is 'Being Beautiful is Agonizing.' The story tells the tale about an overweight girl who undergoes extreme plastic surgeries to become a pop sensation.
The film was a financial success, earning approximately $45 million against its $4 million budget. It also received large critical acclaims, winning Grand Bell's Best Actress for Kim Ah-jung and Best Cinematography together with nominations for Best Film and Best Director.

The Twins Effect, also known as Vampire Effect in the United States, is a 2003 Hong Kong fantasy-horror-action film directed by Dante Lam and Donnie Yen. The film was derived from Cantopop group Twins, starring both members Charlene Choi and Gillian Chung in the leading roles. Co-stars include Edison Chen and Ekin Cheng. Jackie Chan makes a special appearance in the film as well.
Following its release on March 8, 2003, The Twins Effect was a box-office success in Hong Kong, became the highest grossing domestic film of the year. The film gained huge popularity, mainly from fans of Twins.
Plot:
An evil vampire duke seeks to kill and collect the blood of a royal family of European vampires in order to become all powerful. The last surviving member of the family, Prince Kazaf, flees to Hong Kong with his servant Prada. There, they are introduced by estate agent Momoko to live in an abandoned church.
Vampire hunter Reeve is depressed after his partner Lila is killed by vampires. He decides to train Lila's younger sister, Gypsy, to to inherit her sister's duty and fight the vampire duke. However, Reeve's own sister, Helen, sees Gypsy as a rival.
