Jordan Herrera joins the indie movie bandwagon with his role as a boxing champ who happens to be a homosexual in “Lalamunan.”

Synopsis: When singer Darla (Hazel Cabrera) temporarily loses her voice to laryngitis, she seeks medical help from throat specialist Andrei (Rico Barrera) who understands that there is something more beyond her physical ailment. Eventually,Darla reveals her real pain–she is Devon’s (Jordan Herrera) battered trophy wife.
What starts as a patient-doctor relationship sparks into a passionate but dangerous liaison. Devon issues death threats against the doctor while Andre’s wealthy and obsessed girlfriend Kathleen (Maricar dela Fuente) also becomes wary of his budding romance with his patient. Plot:
The two lovers surpass their "official mission" and continue to meet each other at midnight in the library. The King begins to suspect Hong-lim's infidelity, so Hong-lim who asks the Queen to stay away from him and goes to the King to beg for forgiveness. Hana-Kimi or known originally as Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (花ざかりの君たちへ?, For You in Full Blossom) in Japan, is a shōjo manga series written by Hisaya Nakajo. The manga was serialized in Japan in Hakusensha's semi-monthly shōjo manga magazine, Hana to Yume. This manga series has ended with volume 23 in August 2004 in Japan.
Hana-Kimi was published in English by Viz Media with the final volume released in the United States in April 2008.
The series centers on Mizuki Ashiya, a Japanese girl who lives in the United States. One day, she sees a track and field competition on TV, and becomes attracted to one of the high jump competitors, Izumi Sano. She begins to idolize the young athlete and eventually transfers to Japan to attend the same school that Sano attends. There is a catch, however: Sano attends an all-boys high school, named Osaka Gakuen and Mizuki must disguise herself as a boy to enter.
Serbis is an independent film by Brillante Mendoza, starring Gina Pareño and RP’s prince of indie movies Coco Martin. The film is a story of men who offer sexual services inside a movie house. It was invited to the official competition of the 61st Cannes Festival in France and was regarded as the most controversial in Cannes for the year 2008.
Plot:
A rural family decides to run a prostitute service based in a fake theater in Angeles, Pampanga. The theater shows dated sexy double-feature films. The old building also serves as the residence of the family. Nanay Flor serves as the matriarch of the movie house while her family serve as her employees. Her daughter Nayda, son-in-law Lando and adopted daughter Jewel take turns in manning the ticket booth and canteen. Her nephews Ronald and Alan also help in the family business as a projectionist and billboard painter respectively.
Nanay Flor files a bigamy case against her husband but loses the case and feels betrayed when her own son testifies in court in favor of his father. Alan, financially unprepared for marriage, feels burdened by the fact that his pregnant girlfriend wants him to marry her. Nayda is torn between her commitment to her husband and her attraction to her cousin Ronald.

Plot:
An evil vampire duke seeks to kill and collect the blood of a royal family of European vampires in order to become all powerful. The last surviving member of the family, Prince Kazaf, flees to Hong Kong with his servant Prada. There, they are introduced by estate agent Momoko to live in an abandoned church.

Zach (Trevor Wright) is an aspiring artist living in San Pedro, California, who has put off his dreams of going to art school in order to work and take care of his sister Jeanne (Tina Holmes), his disabled father, and his five-year-old nephew Cody (Jackson Wurth). Working as a short-order cook to make ends meet, Zach escapes during his free time to paint, draw murals, surf, and hang out with his best friend Gabe (Ross Thomas), as well as with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Tori (Katie Walder).
When Gabe’s older brother Shaun (Brad Rowe) comes home to cure a case of writer’s block, Zach and Shaun develop a close friendship as Shaun encourages Zach to take control of his life and pursue his ambition of going to CalArts, a large state university of the arts. Their friendship develops into a romance, while at the same time Shaun builds a strong bond with Cody.
Jeanne learns that Zach has been spending time with Shaun and warns Zach that Shaun is gay and to keep Cody away from him. Though his sister is reluctant to accept that Zach himself might be gay, both Gabe and Tori are supportive. Nevertheless, Zach’s relationship with Shaun is strained by his sense of obligation to support his family versus his relationship with Shaun and his desire to pursue his own dreams.
Shaun secretly submits Zach’s art school application, and Zach is eventually accepted on full scholarship. When Jeanne’s boyfriend Alan (Matt Bushell) gets a job in Portland, requiring her to move and leave Cody behind with Zach, Zach is forced to decide between putting others first and neglecting his own dreams -- as he has always done -- and fighting for what he truly wants, both for himself and Cody. He finally discovers that affirming his love for Shaun and going forward with his art career ends up providing the best solution to his dilemma.
